In June 1604, Henry appeared in the case "Attorney General v Gater. Plaintiffs: Sir Edward Coke, Attorney General at..." which reads:
Plaintiffs: Sir Edward Coke, Attorney General at the relation of Mary Astley. Defendants: Michael Gater, William Bromiche, Edmund Bromiche, Richard Warde the common herd of Hillmorton, Agnes Warde his wife, Henry Perkins and others. Subject: Turning the cattle of the town of Hillmorton into corn growing on the land of Mary Astley in Hillmorton. Barnes category: destruction of property; unlawful assembly.[3]
Since Henry's son John married Judith Gater, daughter of Michael Gater, this was likely the same Henry as this profile. In another suit against Michael and his son for poaching, Mary Astley was described as "late the wife of Isaac Astley" who seems likely to have been the Isaac Astley of Hillmorton who apparently married Mary Waldegrave.
He died in 1608 in Hillmorton, Warwickshire, England, and was buried on March 11, 1608/9, at Hillmorton, Warwickshire, England.[4][5]
Will
Letters of administration upon his estate were granted at Lichfield, 5 April, 1609, to Thomas Perkins the son. A bond was given for the tuition of: Margaret, Edward, Anne, Sarah, Francis, William, Liny, Elizabeth and James Pirkins, "the other children." The inventory, dated 22 March, 1608, was taken by Rowland Wilcox, Gent., Thos. Pirkins, John Sawbridge, Thos. Compton, Wm. Buinam, "yeomen."
Amount, £336, 8s. 8d.(Lichfield Registry, Act Book No. II, Page 73.)[6]

Rebecca, if you look at the parish register image for that date (about 2/3 of the way down on the left page) you will see Agnes' baptism. To the best of my knowledge, Henry did not have a daughter Anne or Abigail. Maybe those were misreadings of the twisty Olde English script.
ARE they the same person or are they twins?
