John was born in 09 Sep 1719 in Hadley, Hampshire county, Massachusetts and was christened there.[1] He was the son of Elisha Perkins and Sarah Smith.
He married Dorcas Brooks on 19 May 1746 in Deerfield, Franklin county, Massachusetts.[2] Dorcas was listed as being "of Deerfield"; John was listed as being "of New Haven."; the ceremony was performed by Jonathan Ashley.
In 1790, a John Perkins was living in Cheshire, New Haven county, Connecticut.[3]
He passed away after 1790.
