Written 20 June 1657 the will of Edward Perkins of Hillmorton, yeoman, named Mary my wife; son John £20 to be paid within two years; daughter Mary £20 to be paid within one year; daughter Elizabeth £20 to be paid within three years; daughter Susanna £20 to be paid within four years; son Edward Perkins sole executor; cozen Thomas Perkins gent and cozen John Francis of Newbold overseers. Witnessed by Thomas Perkins and Thomas Porter snr. Proved 1 December 1658.[2]
