Biography

Francelia was born in 1848. She was the daughter of Lewis Perkins and Sarah Barber.

She was living with her parents and siblings in Saratoga, Saratoga, New York in 1850 and 1855.^[1][2]

She married Edward Hunt Strang on 22 Dec 1868 in Saratoga county, New York. They had two children.

In 1875 and 1880, they were in Stillwater, Saratoga, New York.^[3][4] They were in Mechanicville, Saratoga, New York in 1900 and 1910.^[5][6]

Edward passed away in 1917. In 1920, she was head of household in Mechanicville.^[7]

She passed away in 1930. She was buried in Hudson View cemetery in Mechanicville.^[8]
