Lt Thomas Harding Perkins was born on 03 May 1757 in Halifax County, Virginia. He was the son of Nicholas Perkins and Bethenia Perkins. he married Mary Magdalena O'Neal on 17 Dec 1778. They built "Meeting of The Waters" about 1805 NW of Franklin on Del Rio Pike, Franklin, Williamson County, Tennessee. He died on 15 Nov 1838 in Williamson County, Tennessee.
