Francis Perkins was born 27 Aug 1758 in Windham, Connecticut, the son of Jacob and Mary Perkins.[1]

On 29 Nov 1781, he married Esther Colburn in Lisbon, Connecticut.[2]

Francis was resident in Middletown, Vermont in 1785 and 1801.[3]

A Revolutionary War veteran,[4] he died on 26 Dec 1844 at Middletown Springs, Vermont.[5][6]

His second wife Saloma collected a pension after his death.[7]
