Henry Perrine was born 1749 in Monmouth NJ to Matthew Perrine and his wife, Isabel. His siblings are: John, Kenith, and Margaret (Mount).

Henry is mentioned as a minor in his father's will of 1750-1 February 27th and proved 1750-1 March 8th ^[1].
