Biography

William Perry (aka Pury) was born about 1541 in Kirton, Lincolnshire, England the son of William Pury and Elizabeth (Coney) Pury.^[1]

His father, William, married twice.

• His first wife, Unknown Coney, bore two children:
  • Thomas (about 1531-) married twice.
  • Alison (about 1533) passed away beofre her father.
• His second wife was Elizabeth Coney. they had two children:
  • WILLIAM "gentleman" (about 1541-25 June 1616).
  • Humphrey (about 1547 - Feb 1610).

Possibly WILLIAM's second marriage was to France (surname unknown) and by 1610 WILLIAM had three children. Two of them may have been John Perry (1562-) and William Pury (bef.1603-) who was baptised in Boston May 22, 1605.^[1]

William was buried 25 June 1616 at Boston, Lincolnshire, England.^[1][2]
