Biography

Phillip Richard[1]was born in 1577. The baptism of Phillip Perry son of Richard Perry occurred on 5 April 1577 at Exeter St Petrock, Devon.[2][3]He married in 1641. He died on Oct 9, 1669 in Isle of Wight, Virginia.[4]

This profile is possibly conflated with his son. Richard (who married Dewnes Hicks) son of Phillip was born 1580, christening record is established. So the father was likely born 1555 or earlier.
