Biography

Cecilia was born on 2 March 1850 at 16 Cazneau Street, Liverpool, Lancashire, England. She was the daughter of Elias Perry and Caroline (Hicks) Perry.^[1][2][3][4]

In the 1851 census Cecilia was living at 16 Cazneau Streetl, Liverpool, Lancashire.^[6]

When Cecilia was 25 she married Robert Bruce Jaffa on 28 July 1875 in St James Church, West Derby, Lancaster. The couple had one child: Harold Bertrand Jaffa. Father, John Jaffa, listed as deceased^{[9][10][11][12]}
