Colonel Edmund Pery (d. 1721) was the son of Edmund Pery and Susannah Sexten. He married Dymphna Stacpoole, daughter of Bartholomew Stacpoole and Mary Arthur.

The Ireland, Index to the Prerogative Wills, 1536-1810 database on Ancestry records that the will of "Edmond Pery, Stackpole Court, co. Clare, esq." was proved in 1718.^[1]

Burke's General and Heraldic Dictionary of the Peerage and Baronetage of the British Empire (1830) says: "Colonel Edmund Pery, of Stackpole Court, in the county of Clare, who d. in 1721, and was s. by his eldest son, Sexton Pery, esq. who d. in 1730, and was s. by his brother, Rice-Stackpole Pery, esq."^[2]
