Biography

Nancy Jane (Perry) Adams (c.1833-unknown)

She was the daughter of James Strauder Perry and Elizabeth (Lowery) Perry. She was born somewhere in Tennessee (perhaps in Rutherford County or else in Giles County, though this is uncertain) around 1833. She moved with her family to Limestone County, Alabama, around 1845.

On 4 November 1851, Nancy Jane married John Adams in Limestone County, Alabama. Their marriage license, issued on 3 November 1851, is on file in the Limestone County Archives.
