Myrtle, age 18, married Jerry Blake Perry, age 21, on March 26, 1911 in Pamlico County, North Carolina.

The death certificate of Myrtle Caroon Perry's son, McDonald Perry, names Blake Perry as her husband. Myrtle, age 79 and widowed, died in Oriental, Pamlico County, North Carolina. The death certificate lists her occupation as domestic.
Her husband, Jerry Blake Perry, son of John Perry and Elizabeth Woolard was born on May 10, 1887 in North Carolina and died on November 14, 1963 in Oriental, Pamlico County, North Carolina.
The 1920 census list the following children for the couple: Hubert A. Perry, McDonald Perry and Guy T. Perry.
