Arthur peters is the son of Lammert Peters and Hendrika Hulleman.

Arthur Peters, 83, 730 West Main Street, died unexpectly Wednesday, April 9, at his home. He had owned and operated Pete's Funiture Mart for the past 39 years. He and his wife also operated an antique business in their home. He was born Sept. 3, 1891, in the Netherlands, a son of Mr. and Mrs. Lambert Peters. He was married to the former Winnie Hull in Waupun in 1911 and she preceded him in death in 1953. He then was married to the former Nora Rhode and she died in 1962. In 1963 he was married to the former Frances Nummerdor at Waupun. The late Mr. Peters was a member of First Reformed Church where he was active in the men's and church choirs. Survivors include his widow; one daughter, Mrs. Hazel Dalton, Waupun; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; one brother, Gerrit, Twin Falls, Idaho. He was preceded in death by four brothers and one sister. Funeral services were held, April 11, at 2 p.m. at Werner-Harmsen Funeral Home. The Rev. Arnold Dykhuizen officiated. Burial was in Forest Mound Cemetery. Visitation was held Thursday from 4-8 p.m. in the funeral home. (Source: www.oocities.org)
