Biography
Phebe, known as Jane, was born about 1835. She was the daughter of Joseph Peters and Rachel Ball. They lived in Ernestown, Addington, Canada West in 1851.[1]
Jane married Henry Storms. They had about four children. They lived in Ernestown, Lennox and Addington, Ontario in 1881.[2]
