Paternal relationship is confirmed by a triangulated group on MyHeritageDNA who share a 27 cM segment on chromosome 12, consisting of Jon Tomlinson and Peter Goode, his 4th cousin 1x removed, and Hugh Edward Ellis, his 5th cousin 1x removed. (Peter Goode and Hugh Edward Ellis are 5th cousins.) These matches have been independently verified by via the MyHeritage Chromosome Browser. Their most-recent common ancestors are Thomas Peters and Susannah Palmer, the 5x great grandparents of Jon Tomlinson and 4x great grandparents of both Peter Goode and Hugh Edward Ellis.

The MRCAs for the DNA triangulation are the parents of her father, William Peters (1772-1836), which confirms her relationship to her father, but not to her mother. I've changed her relationship to her mother to 'confident'.
