Biography

Gerhard Peters was born on August 8, 1799 in Heubuden, the son of Gerhard Peters and Agathe Bueckert.

He migrated about 1818 with his parents from Prussia to South Russia.

He married his first wife Anna Friesen about 1825. They had the following children:

  1. Gerhard Peters (c1826-____)
  2. Jacob G Peters (c1828-c1864) m. Margaretha Giesbrecht
  3. Franz G Peters (1830-1892) m1. Justina Enns m2. Maria Fast
  4. Bernhard Peters (1834-1902)

He married his second wife Anna Boldt about 1842. They had the following children:
