Frederick Vaughan Peters was born on March 11, 1916 in Cooma, New South Wales, Australia, son of Thomas Peters (1879–1940) and Margaret Mary Kirwan (1877–1957).[1]

Frederick (25) married Una Christine McDonald (25) (born on May 7, 1916; daughter of David Sylvester McDonald and Mary Elizabeth (Roach) McDonald) in 1942 in Bombala, New South Wales. Their son was Garry Frederick Peters (1948–1977).[2]

Frederick died on October 11, 1996 in Nimmitabel, New South Wales, aged 80. He was buried in Nimmitabel_Cemetery,_Nimmitabel,_New_South_Wales.
