Biography
Birth date reported as 1849, 1853, and 1857; in the 1881 census of Colborne, Ontario, she was with her parents and said to be 25 years old. She married James Hamilton in 1896 in Toronto, as his second wife. They lived in Belleville, Ontario, where he died in 1900. She moved to the United States in 1903 and in 1910 was with her brother Martin in Las Cruces, New Mexico. In 1930 she was with him in Chula Vista, California. In 1940, at 89, she was a patient with Dr. Olive Muckler in Portland, Oregon.
