George was born in 1880 in Grant (Oceana County), Michigan, and was there with his parents, 7 months old, in the 1880 census. He was not with his parents in the 1900 Oregon census. As a boarder or lodger he was in 1910-1940 Los Angeles, California, censuses, and he died there in 1969.
