Margaret Peverel was born about 1331 [1] In 1349, aged 18 years, she was heiress to her brother John Peverel, who had died 15 November 1349. [1]

If dates are even close to correct she would have been abt. 3 years old when she married, and abt. 10 years old when both John and Richard were born. She seems a bit young for all this.

David Cooper (-2021)
1315 looks to be too early for her birth. Her parents could only have married after 1323 when Edmund was made ward of Robert de Lisle. Suggest 1326, which then has a knock on efffect for her marriage.
