Margaret Hamilton was born on 21 Apr 1768 VA. She died on 28 Oct 1812, Sumner Co., TN.

  • Robert Holmes Peyton; 'NEW YORK TIMES 09 OCT 1851" "An affray took place near Gallatin, Tenn., this morning, between Messrs. Mc Elrath and Robert P. Peyton, BROTHER TO HON. BAILIE PEYTON. Peyton struck McElrath with a cane, when the latter stabbed Peyton to the heart, causing instant death. Mc Elrath has been arrested; he was born 10 May 1792 Sumner Co., TN; he died 9 Oct 1851, nr. Gallatin, TN.
