Susan was born in 1596. She is the daughter of John Peyton and Alice Osborne. [1]
John Peyton "died 19 Dec. 1616. His daughter Susan, executrix, proved the will 14 May 1617."[2]
Susanna died before Feb 1660. [3]
Research notes
- Her will written 9 August 1652 (proved 5 Feb 1660/1) is printed in "Fragmenta Genealogica" page 46. It refers to her sons William and John and Daughters Mary Ventris, Alice Bragg and Penelope Brews. It also refers to grandchildren Frances Brewes, Peyton Ventris and Mary Ventris. [4]
