It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Seigniora by comparing test results with other carriers of her mitochondrial DNA.
However, there are no known mtDNA test-takers in her direct maternal line.
It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Seigniora:
Not sure where her date if death comes from? While searching my Bollings in Goochland Co VA I found her POA dated Dec 1820, giving authority to son John to secure bond for son Thomas as executor of James Carters estate. It follows the LWT of Carter. She had to be alive in 1820, not dead by 1810. It's in volume 24, page 397 (wills and deeds)
Peyton-1320 and Peyton-868 appear to represent the same person because: See bio of Peyton-868 (matches attachments of Peyton-1320). Gloucester makes more sense with John Peyton's DAR record (born/died Gloucester).
