Biography

Anna Margaretha was born about 1723 in Germany. She was the daughter of Jacob Pfautz and Anna Jüngling. Her family name has also been recorded as Fouts.

She married Andreas Huber, Sr on Abt. 1745 in Germany Twp., Lancaster Co., PA.

She died in about 1798 in Randolph County, North Carolina, and is buried in Mast-Hoover Cemetery, Randolph County, North Carolina.[1]

Anna Margaret Fouts Hoover is an ancestor of President Herbert C. Hoover.

Maria was born about 1726. Maria Pfautz ... She passed away about 1743. [2]

I think their mothers are the same person as well.

Pfautz-10 and Pfautz-103 are not ready to be merged because: I think these are the same person (same husband, same death), but they have different birth years and are connected to different mothers, so we should not merge them until (1) their origins have been examined to make sure that two different women haven't been conflated and (2) the conflicting mothers have been reconciled.

Fouts-15 and Pfautz-69 appear to represent the same person because: Clear duplicate, but some details are different and need to be resolved. Pfautz is probably correct birth name.
