The spelling of "Jessie" is usually the feminine form of the name. The masculine form of the name is spelled "Jesse". Might need to fix the spelling but this profile needs more sources.

Philips-118 and Phillips-5966 appear to represent the same person because: Same with merge into correct last name at birth. Do not reverse merge. Phillips is the correct LNAB
