Isaac Phillips was born in 1904.[1]

Isaac Phillips married Rosa Kennedy on October 12, 1922, in Campbell County, Tennessee, USA.[2] They lived in District 10, Anderson County, Tennessee.[3] Rosa died November 7, 1939.

Isaac married Nancy Carroll on January 16, 1940, in Campbell County, Tennessee, USA.[4] They lived in Civil District 6, Campbell County, Tennessee.[5]

Rev. Phillips died February 17, 1998. [6] He was buried at College Corner Cemetery, West College Corner, Union County, Indiana.[7]
