Elizabeth "Betty" Phillips[1] was the sister of Duncan Munroe's first wife, Phoeby Phillips. She was born about 1816 in North Carolina.
She died on October 16, 1868 and was buried at Bethlehem Baptist Church in Felton, Haralson County, Georgia. [2]
