Biography

Virginia Phillips was enumerated as daughter of the head of household at East Duval Street, Lake, Columbia County, Florida for the January 12, United States Census, 1920. She was noted as born 1919 in Florida and single as seen in the image of the original census. Also included in the household are head William W Phillips, wife Ruth S Phillips, son Hal Phillips, son Bill Phillips, mother (mother-in-law) Cappa Simms and sister (sister-in-law) Dorris Simms.[1]

Virginia Phillips was enumerated as daughter of the head of household in Madison Street, Lake City, Columbia County, Florida for the April 4, United States Census, 1930. She was noted as born 1919 in Florida and single as seen in an image of the original census. Also included in the household are head William W Phillips, wife Ruth Phillips, son William W Phillips Jr., daughter Elizabeth Phillips, mother-in-law Cappie Sims and sister-in-law Doris Sims.[2]
