Biography

William was born on 21 Aug 1669 in Taunton, Bristol, Massachusetts. He was the son of James Phillips Sr. and Mary (UNKNOWN) Godfrey.

He married Hannah Gilbert in 1696 Taunton, Bristol, Massachusetts.

He died on 12 Jun 1705 in Taunton. He was buried in Fox Cemetery.[1]
