Elijah was born in 1794 or 1795. He died sometime after 1860. He married Mary Kittle. I believe his parents were Joseph Phillips and Mary C. Moore. Some people have his parents listed as Henry Phillips and Lydia Harris. He was appointed executor of Joseph Phillips Estate.
