Biography
Margaret Kathryn Phillips was born on May 15, 1931 in Jimtown, West Virginia, United States, daughter of Ray Phillips (1903– ) and Lily Edith Miller (~1912–2002).[1]
In 1940, Katherine (9) was in the household of Ray Phillips in Roaring Creek Magisterial District, Randolph, West Virginia. [2]
Kathryn died about July 5, 2018 in West Virginia, aged about 87.[1] She was buried in Phillips Cemetery, Jimtown, West Virginia.
