Research Notes
Family Search is showing that Abia and Martha Patsy Phillips were both married to Oliver/Olever Cosby/Crosby. Oliver married Abia - Abigail Phillips in 1825 and is listed with her on the 1850 Census (although the census reports incorrectly lists the family as Mosby instead of Cosby).
Marriage
Georgia Marriages, 1808-1967
Name: Oliver Cosby
Event Type: Marriage
Event Date: 25 Nov 1825
Event Place: Morgan, Georgia, United States
Event Place (Original): Morgan, Georgia, United States
Oliver/Olever is then listed with Martha on the 1860 Census and the 1870 Census and Martha is linked to his Find-a-Grave Memorial. It is likely that Abia/Abigail may have passed away prior to 1860 and Oliver/Olever then married her sister?
