Biography

Lucius Phillips is a part of US Black heritage.

Lucius and Lucinda had 12 children.

1850 color is "M". (Daughters Maria & Melissa are marked as twins, age 1, M.) 1860 color is not entered, therefore assumed white (as the census taker imagined). 1870 color is "B", all others in his household "M".
