I called him "Grand-dad". He loved to go "sangin" (hunting for ginseng). He also loved to fish and hunt. I remember driving around Kingsville,WV, Randolph County, WV, USA, in the old green Pontiac Volare and shooting groundhogs in neighbor's fields "so the cows or horses wouldn't step in their holes and go lame."
