Onnie was born in 1895 to Andrew Phillips and Mary Garrett. He is a great x3 grandson of Leonard M Garrett, Revolutionary War veteran and progenitor of this Garrett line. Onnie served in WWI. He married twice and passed away in 1968 at 72 years old.
