Biography
Dennis Weber was born in 1832. He was the son of Wiley C Phillips and Nancy Gober. He passed away in 1917.
Private May 10,1862 Transfered to Co. F , 37th Ga Regt. Inf. May 6 1863, from Co A 9th Ga Battalion , Army of Tenn. out of Hart Co GA. Wounded left leg and captured at Nashville, Dec. 16, 1864. Left leg amputated below knee in the US General Hospital. Dec 19, 1864. Released Louisville, Kentucky June 17, 1865.
