Banns of marriage for Thomas Cleaver and Sarah Pickard were first published in Exhall in 1801, but there is no record of marriage[2]. Banns were again published in Exhall for Thomas and Sarah in 1803[3], with the marriage occuring on July 22, 1803[4]
