Ann was born before 1819. She was christened on October 17, 1819 (the same day as her brother, Francis Pickering). She was the daughter of William Pickering and Hannah.
[1][2]
Ann married John Burton in 1837.[3] Ann and John are cousins, by virtue of the fact that Ann's mother, Hannah Burton appears to be the sister of John Burton, her husband's father.
