Joseph Heathcote was a Maryland colonist.

Joseph Heathcote was born 30 May 1660 in Derby, England^[1]. He was the third son of Samuel Heathcote of Derby, born/died 21 Sep 1681 in Derby, England, and his wife Susannah Ridge-Heathcote also born/died in Derby England.

The youngest 5 children including Joseph, born in Derby England. ^[2]

Nephew of Nathaniel Heathcote of Anne Arundel

In 1684 he administered the estate of his uncle Nathaniel Heathcote (who had died in Maryland in 1682) on behalf of his elder brother Samuel.^[3]

He died 03 Apr 1693 in, Baltimore, Maryland.

He married Martha Morgan (date and place unknown) daughter of Thomas Morgan. She married as her second husband Nicholas Fitzsimmons.
