Thomas married first Abigail Seymour, daughter of Thomas & Hannah (Marvin) Seymour, on 16 Nov 1676 at Stratford, Fairfield, CT - parents of Abigail, Hannah & Jacob Pickett
After the death of Abigail he married as his second wife Sarah Barnum, daughter of Thomas & Hannah (Hurd) Barnum, after 1681 in CT - their children were Ephraim, Thomas, Sarah, James, Joseph, Benjamin & Ebenezer Pickett
He is buried at Old Derby Uptown Burying Ground, Derby, New Haven, CT
