Biography
Joshua was born on 22 January 1724 in Chester County, Pennsylvania. He was the son of Joshua Pierce and Rachel (Gilpin) Pierce.[1][2]
When Joshua was 24 he married Ann Bailey on 13 February 1748. The couple had 6 children: Rachel Pierce, Joshua Pierce, Daniel Pierce, Isaac Pierce, Olive Pierce and Ann Pierce.[2]
Joshua died at the age of 79 on 13 July 1803.[2]
