Biography

Benjamin was born about 1662. [1] He was the son of Thomas Pierce and Elizabeth Cole. He passed away in 1739.

A Thomas Pierce of Woburn recorded many children's births there between 1643 and 1660, but none include a Benjamin.

He married in Charlestown 10 Oct 1688 Mary Reed.[2]

There is a death of a Benjamin Pierce in Woburn, Sept. 25, 1739,[3] but there is no proof this is the same Benjamin. No age is given.

DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Benjamin by comparing test results with other carriers of his Y-chromosome or his mother's mitochondrial DNA. However, there are no known yDNA or mtDNA test-takers in his direct paternal or maternal line. It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Benjamin:

Pierce-9177 and Pierce-1884 appear to represent the same person because: Pretty obvious match. As Pierce-1884 is more specifically source-cited, I'd go with that earlier DOB.
