Biography

Not much is know about Isaac yet, except that he was married to Phoebe Peach and had two daughters, Martha and Mary, at the time of his death in 1792.

Last Will & Testament

Be it remembered that I Isaac Pierce of the Borough of Wilmington in Newcastle County + State of Delaware; being sick and weak of Body, but (through mercy) of Sound and disposing mind and memory, and considering the uncertainty of time in this world, Do make and Publish this my last will and Testament in manner and form following Viz.

First, My Will is that all my just Debts and funeral Charges be paid as soon as may be after my Decease.

I give and bequeath unto my Beloved Wife Phebe Pierce all my Estate whatsoever and wheresoever, debts as above Directed being first deducted.

Lastly, I do hereby appoint me Beloved Wife Phebe Pierce my sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament; hereby revoking all former wills by me made. In ? whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and seal this Third day of the Seventh Month One Thousand seven hundred and Ninety two.
