He married Margaret Smith presumably about 1718. See research notes regarding a common story which does not appear to be documented.
He passed away intestate in 1749. In 1749 Mary Pearson applied for administration of Enoch's estate.[2]. 7 July 1752 Frederick County Court records state: Mary Pearson having returned the appraisement of the Estate of Enoch Pearson deceased the same is admitted to record.

↑ From the "Geo Macy Bible" found in the Sinks home, Dayton, Ohio which is plausibly believed to have been that of Mary Smith Pearson. The original records from Pennsylvania are not extant and many of the records from Hopewell burned in the 1759 fire which destroyed many early Virginia Quaker records.

Research Notes
The honorific Reverend originally attached to this profile seems to be incorrect and has been removed. It appears to come from "Ancestors of Benjamin Pearson" by George M. Pearson where after discussing this Enoch Pearson who is known to have died not later than 1749, he immediately jumps to a discussion of another Enoch Pearson (the son?) who is recorded as a traveling minister in 1754 Hopewell Monthly Meeting records, five years after this Enoch's death.
It is frequently read that he married in 1719 outside the approval of the church and then wrote an apology in 1720. This story appears in the Pearson Family History by Ralph E Pearson which is being repeated from an earlier source (believe to be "Ancestors of Benjamin Pearson" by George M. Pearson). This story remains undocumented.
It may be read that he changed the spelling of his name to Enock. This is nowhere documented.

DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Enoch by comparing test results with other carriers of his Y-chromosome or his mother's mitochondrial DNA.
However, there are no known yDNA or mtDNA test-takers in his direct paternal or maternal line.
It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Enoch:
Ron and Danielle, I'm wondering about the children starting with John said to be born in Virginia starting 1733 and later. If the birth date of Mary is correct she would have been 53 at the time Abel is born. Do these later children have primary source documentation and are they attached to the correct Enoch Pearson?
I've found some different and documented information on the marriage to Margaret Smith. Swarthmore College; Swarthmore, Pennsylvania; Minutes, 1683-1892; Collection: Quaker Meeting Records; Call Number: MR Ph 309 shows marriage intention given 2 Oct and 6 Nov 1712 (not 1717 or 1719 which is often seen). An Index Pennsylvania Marriage Records. Harrisburg, PA: Pennsylvania Archives Printed Series, 1876. Series 2, Series 6 lists the date as 25 Sep 1712 but this comes from Falls MM but perhaps was first marriage intention notice. The book Genealogy of William Smith of Wrightstown Bucks County Pa 1684 also gives the year of marriage as 1712. Also Hinshaw gives the year as 1712 and references the Falls MM minutes.
