Biography

Willis was born in 1824. He was the son of George W Pinnell and Lucy Clore.[1]

He married:

  1. Margaret Ann Willhite, 31 Dec 1847[2]
  2. Louisa Willhite, 23 Feb 1858[3][4]
  3. Glawvina A Shaw, 28 Nov 1867[5]

During the US Civil War; Captain Army; Company H, 79th Illinois Infantry; Illinois Honor Roll.

He passed away in 1899 and is buried in Fairview Cemetery, Kansas, Illinois.[6][7]
