So IF Thompson was a "stepson" then Lucy had to have been his mother and either Washington or Kendrick was her maiden name????????????????

John Pitts, dec'd, as can recollect invited him on May 1805 to travel with him to Davidson Co., TN as he intended to get married to Lucy Kindrick. Lucy lived in Davidson Co., TN.
If they did actually get married in 1805 then Thompson was in deed John Pitts son, he was born 3 years later.
