Biography
Rosa Bell Plumley was born on February 15th, 1895 to Allen Plumley and Mary Frances Lilly. [1][2]
She married her first husband, William Walter Tincher on March 29th, 1915. [3] They had one child:
- Mogene Pearl, born on 12 Apr 1916
After Walter passed away in 1917, Rosa married Elgie B. Bennett on December 27th, 1922. [4] They had the following children: [5]
Rosa passed away on May 24th, 1958. [2][9]
Research Note
This profile previously had her mother as Mary (Meadows) Plumley, however Mary passed away in 1876 and Rosa wasn't born until 1895 so she could not be her mother. She was also connected to William Plumley as her father with no sources.
It is possible that early researchers were confusing this Rosa with Roxie Plumley who was born to William and Nancy Plumley on 4 Mar 1894. [10] The two ladies are not the same person.
Rosa was born about 1890.
