The marriage intentions of Miriam and Samuel Jackman were published in Newbury on April 13, 1717.[3] They were married in Newbury on May 23, 1717 (with Miriam's last name spelled "Meriam Plomer").[4][2]
No sources suggest that Miriam and Samuel had any additional children and it is suspected that Miriam's husband, Samuel, probably died about 1721.
In July of 1728, John Steven's intentions to marry Miriam Jackman of Newbury were published in the Newbury records.[6] According to Haverhill town records they were married sometime before 1729.[7][2]
Miriam and John had one daughter, born in Haverhill:
According to The Plumer Genealogy, Miriam's mother, Hannah, conveyed her father's farm in Rowley to Miriam and John on March 5, 1729/30 and they came and lived there.[2]
No source has been found that establishes Miriam's date or place of death. Since her last known place of residence was Rowley, it is reasonably plausible that she died there.
