Biography
Frank was born in 1896. He is the son of Murat Poe and Lalon Sugg. He passed away in 1981. [1]
His 1917 registration for the WW1 military draft says that he was tall and slender, with dark hair and gray eyes. At that time, he was a farmer, apparently living with his parents in Moncure, Chatham County, North Carolina, USA. He appears to have spent most of his life after the War in Durham, Durham County, North Carolina, USA.
